In the just concluded e-auction of the Indian Premier League (IPL) media rights cycle for the 2023-27 cycle,the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) managed to rake in more than 48 thousand crore rupees, which is almost three times the amount it had received in the previous cycle.
