The FIFAe Continental Cup 2023 in Shanghai has concluded with Faze Clan from Thailand defeating Man City eSports from China in an exciting final match to claim the title of best EA SPORTS FIFA Online 4 team in Asia.
Taking place in China for the first time ever, the FIFAe Continental Cup saw five days of stellar and intense gameplay. In front of passionate fans, the Thai team lifted the trophy into the sky and famed their game on the biggest stage.
With USD 300,000 up for grabs, 16 teams from China PR, Korea Republic, Thailand and Vietnam competed in a two-sided double elimination style bracket where the intensity could be felt from the first match.
Along with being crowned the best FIFA Online 4 team in Asia and taking home USD 100,000, FaZe Clan saw themselves elevate their play at the biggest event of the season. The team consisting of TDKeane, JUBJUB and Michael04 cemented their place into FIFAe history.
This season’s EA SPORTS FIFA Online 4 Series saw teams competing to reach the pinnacle event over several months of competition including two EACC’s and several domestic tournaments in the respective regions. The FIFAe Continental Cup 2023 marked an exciting end to the biggest FIFAe season to date.
